Kötü bir burun ameliyatı nasıl belli olur?
Estetik ameliyatların doğal sonuç vermesi son yıllarda en önem verilen kriter haline geldi. 10 sene kadar önce talepler de daha çok kalkık küçük burunlar üzerindeyken artık hiç kimse böyle yapma burunlar istemiyor. Bu eski yaklaşımlar ile yapılan ve ameliyat olduğu belli olan burunların bazı ortak özellikleri var. Ama sakın unutmayın ki iyi bir burun ameliyatını bir plastik cerrah bile muayene etmeden anlayamayabilir. Sadece kötü burun ameliyatları belli olur. Size bir kaç ipucu vermeye çalışacağım. Estetik cerrahi, Estetik, Estetik, Estetik, Estetik, Estetik, Estetik
Gazete ve dergilerin estetik magazin sayfalarında flaş ile çekilmiş göğüs estetiği paparazzi fotoğraflarını inceleyin. Ansızın flaşlı çekilen bu fotoğraflarda sizde birçok ipucu bulabilirsiniz. Ben bazen ameliyatın nasıl yapıldığı hakkında bir rapor yazabilecek kadar çok şeyi görebiliyorum. En temel olanlar şunlar:
1. Öncelikle kötü ameliyatlı bir estetik burunda uç kısmı üst kısımdan ayrı ve bağımsız bir yapı gibi durur. Bu o kadar doğallık dışıdır ki en ciddi kazalardan sonra bile bu gerçekleşemez, ancak belli bir plan ile ameliyatta yaratılabilir. Dikkatle bakarsanız üstte burun kemikleri başka bir yöne bakarken altta burun ucunun farklı bir açıyla ters tarafa yatık olduğunu görebilirsiniz. Sanki bu burunun üstü ve altı ayrı insanlara ait gibi durur.
2. Burun ucunun çok tipik bir görüntüsü vardır. Sanki bu burun hamurdanmış ta birisi bu hamuru iki parmağı ile sıkarak inceltmiş gibi “sıkılmış” durur. Burun estetik kanatları da yukarı doğru çekilir ve burun delikleri içerde burun tüylerini gösterecek kadar açılır. Bu burun ucu kıkırdaklarının aşırı küçültülmesinden kaynaklanır. Buna “sıkılmış burun ucu deformitesi” diyoruz.
3. Burunun ortasında /\ şeklinde bir gölge gözükür. Buna ters V deformitesi diyoruz. Bu tam burun ucunun yukarıdan ayrıldığı hattır. Burun orta kısmının bozulmasından ve desteğini kaybederek çökmesinden kaynaklanır. Arkada duran kemiklerin sınırı bu gölge ile ortaya çıkar. estetik
ÖRNEKLER:
Etrafınızda, gazetelerde hatta birçok ünlü aktörde bu tür ameliyatlı burun deformiteleri görebilirsiniz (aklıma örnek olarak “Matrix” filminin “Triniti”si geliyor, filmin afişindeki resmi kitaplara girecek kadar belirgin özelliklere sahip). Aslında birçok Türk ünlünün de burnunda benzer deformiteler bariz belli oluyor. İsimlerini burada saymam mümkün değil ama bazı isimler varki hastalarım aman onunki gibi olmasın diye bana örnek gösteriyor. NE YAPILABİLİR?
Böyle bir buruna sahipseniz ve bu sizi rahatsız ediyorsa muhtemelen yeniden ameliyat olmanız gerekecek. estetik
İkinci ameliyatlar ilk ameliyatlara göre daha zor olur. Daha önce yapılan kesilere bağlı olarak dokularda nedbe (iyileşme) dokuları birikecektir. Anatomisi de değişmiş olan bu tür burunlarda amaç hem şekli düzeltmek hem de aşırı çıkarılmış dokuları yeniden yerine koymaktır. Burada anlaşılması gereken en önemli şey temel problemin kıkırdakların ve kemiklerin aşırı derecede küçültülmesi olduğudur. İnsanlar genellikle bu sorunları yanlış olarak bir şekil bozukluğu olarak görüyorlar ve bu sadece aşırı küçültmenin bir sonucu. burun destek dokuları ortadan kalkınca kıkırdaklar ne kendilerini ne de üstlerindeki deriyi taşıyamaz hale gelerek adeta çökerler. Örneğin yukarıda bahsettiğim ters V deformitesi bariz bir çökmedir ve dolaylı olarak nefes almayı da engeller. estetik
bu tür sorunları çözmek elbette mümkün. Ama çok farklı bir yaklaşım gerekeceği dekesin Estetik Cerrahi. yani “bu olmadı biraz daha doku alalım” denirse sorunlar daha da büyür. Yapılması gereken tam tersi eksikleri yerlerine koyabilmek. Bu yüzden plastik cerrahinin zaten en zor sayılan ameliyatının da en zor halidir desem yanlış olmaz Burun estetiği. Ancak umudunuzu kaybetmeyin, iyi ellerde bu ameliyatlar çok iyi sonuç verebilir ve genellikle yukarıda en sık görülen üç ipucu olarak saydığım deformiteler tama yakın düzeltilebilir. estetik
